This simple Fall Tree Craft is ideal for anyone wanting to get some fresh air outside! When fall is in full color and the temperature drops outside, this is the time to head out into the crisp fall air! Today was one of those days when I needed a break from sitting at the table. I was longing to get outdoors and do something different. Yes, we moms need a change too sometimes, not just the kids. As the kids rode their scooters, I walked around the yard eyeing the golden leaves that had already fallen. That’s when I had an idea. Fall Leaf Collecting and More...
We started by gathering different types of leaves. Some we collected off the trees and bushes, while others were scattered all over the yard and driveway. Once we had some of every viable plant in our bag, we headed inside to start our crafting. A good place to start crafting is leaf rubbing. I’m sure most of us remember doing this when we were kids. It isn’t hard to do. The supply list is short too! Paper, crayons, and some leaves is all you need.
Fall Tree Craft
For the Fall Tree Craft, you will need to print out one of the tree print-outs. There are two options to choose from in the PDF download. Kids always amaze me with their creativity and how they each perceive things differently. Three of my children participated in this craft, and all three of them looked nothing alike.
