Worm Emergent Readers
We offer 3 Worm Emergent Readers for FREE! These worm readers are perfect for budding readers. They work well in any worm unit study or for reading fun! When my kids were of a certain age, I was always looking for books that fit their reading level. Printable emergent readers were perfect for our needs. As the years have gone by, we have added to our collection of emergent readers. 2 of the worm readers features repetitive sentence structure and repetitive words. One of the readers is more of a science reader. Whichever one works for your kiddo, have fun reading about worms!

How to print the Worm Emergent Readers
It is super easy to print the emergent readers as a handheld booklet. When you go to print, change your printer settings to print 2 sheets per page. Once it is printed, cut the sheets in half, sort the sheets, and then staple into a cute handheld book!
Fun Facts About Worms
This emergent reader focuses on 10 fun facts about worms. Kids love to read about wacky facts. All of the things that are weird or morbid are the facts they like the most. If the other readers are too elementary for your students, try this one. It is sure to fit an older group as well as a younger one!
I Like Colored Worms
What a sweet reader! Help your students learn their number and color words with this cute worm reader. With a repetitive sentence structure, students quickly gain confidence in their ability to “read.” I love that my students are able to color the worms as we go along also! This is a bonus for sure!
Where is the Worm?
Teaching students about positional words isn’t always an easy task. In our homeschool, we like to use different activities to teach this skill. Wherever we can add positional words in, we do. The “Where is the Worm?” reader features positional words and shapes. Whenever we can combine multiple tasks the better!
