Connect your unit to a Bible story...
Connecting your unit study to a Bible story or truth is paramount. It helps your child understand that God is in all things. Oftentimes we teach our children about God at church or during Bible study, but do not refer to Him during our other times of learning. We do not want to keep God in a box. He encompasses all things and is everywhere at all times. Think of adding the story of Noah’s Ark or Daniel in the Lion’s Den. These two Bible stories would easily fit in into your zoo animals unit.
