How to use the Draw & Write Journals

It is easy to create a meaningful lesson with these print and go draw & write sheets. We love to pair them with educational videos that can be found on YouTube, informational readers, and or crafts. Personally, I love to find a short but educational video full of visuals and facts to correspond the draw & write sheets. Now a days, you can also find a read-aloud book on YouTube to pair with your writing activity. After viewing, we sit around the table drawing something that represents the holiday or historical figure. This gives an opportunity to talk about what we learned and practice our writing and grammar skills.

Our American Holiday Book Draw & Write sheets can be used to create a fun journal allowing you to teach reading, writing, and American traditions and holidays to your students.
